When I first heard our lift contractor was called Reliable Elevators I thought that was a bold statement to make. However, I am very pleased that they live up to their name. I have known Reliable for two years and have found them to be very responsive with a breakdown. They always arrive on site well within their contracted call out period, their staff are always friendly and polite. Whenever I speak with them I am confident that I will get an honest opinion of any works required at a realistic price. I have 18 lifts on site all of which are maintained by Reliable. They all run well and seldom breakdown, the most common cause for a breakdown is misuse by others.
I have wide knowledge of other lift companies who claim they can maintain modern lifts with the correct software. Many can’t, Reliable can. I would highly recommend Reliable Elevators for their services and industry knowledge.
