I have been using Reliable Elevator service since February this year. RES inherited many issues from the previous lift contractor and within the first 24 hours of the contract RES encountered 5 breakdowns to which they were attended to swiftly and professionally. I manage a development of 914 units with 22 lifts and 2 service lifts with one my blocks being 25 stores high. RES have been a great asset in keeping the lifts well maintained so that lift outages are kept to a minimal. I would recommend RES due to their reliability and professionalism.
